Nadine is a registered Clinical supervisor and provides supervision to other psychologists and psychology registrars. Nadine is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) College of Clinical Psychologists. Nadine has completed post registration training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and is credentialled in DBT. Nadine draws from a range of evidence based treatment approaches, predominantly, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based approaches, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic approaches and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). Nadine has experience working with a broad range of adult psychological problems including: Adjustment and life stage transitions, Anxiety disorders (including OCD, Social anxiety, Health anxiety, Generalised anxiety, Panic, Agoraphobia and simple phobias), Bipolar disorder, Depression, Drug, alcohol abuse and addiction, Grief and loss, Interpersonal difficulties, Self-esteem and body image issues, Stress, Personality disorders, Pre and Post-natal and fertility support, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Psychosis and Schizophrenia, Relationship difficulties, Trauma

Nadine is a Clinical Psychologist and supervisor with experience working across diverse treatment settings. Nadine has been registered as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for over 11 years. She has experience working in private practice and in the public sector across a variety of professional governance and clinical leadership roles, Senior Clinical Psychologist roles across a number of inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, Subject Matter Expert (SME) roles, project lead and management, and education and training. Nadine completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and has an endorsement in the area of Clinical Psychology with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Dr Alex works with clients across the lifespan through a variety of concerns including:

Depression, Anxiety (including OCD, Social anxiety, Health anxiety, Generalised anxiety, Panic, Agoraphobia and simple phobias), Post-traumatic stress disorder, Complex trauma, Bipolar disorder, Psychosis and Schizophrenia, Eating disorders and body image issues, Personality disorders, Alcohol and substance use problems, Other addictions (gambling, porn, sex), Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), Tic disorders including Tourette syndrome, Grief and loss, Adjustment difficulties and life stage transitions, Workplace/ school related stress, Self-esteem problems, Anger management problems

Dr Alex has a specific interest in the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Complex Trauma.

Dr Alex is passionate about finding the right balance between providing the most up to date evidence-based therapeutic techniques whilst also providing genuine care and compassion in a warm, safe and relaxed therapeutic environment.

Dr Alex has over 12 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist. Dr Alex is trained in a variety of treatment approaches and tailors these to clients’ specific needs and preferences. Dr Alex’s primary treatment approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dr Alex is also trained in Schema Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked across various roles within the public sector. When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for it to feel painful. Kiran’s passion is bringing healing to those who are struggling with negative patterns and high interpersonal conflict from traumatic or stressful experiences. Kiran supports clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships.

It is important to Kiran that clients are welcomed into a safe and comfortable environment. Kiran employ’s a range of modalities in her practice including CBT, emotion-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and schema therapy. Kiran has also been trained in EMDR.

Kiran has training and experience in treating people across the lifespan with a number of presentations including:

Yage (Kanny) is passionate about utilising various evidence-based therapeutic modules to provide personalized treatment approach to meet individuals' needs and preferences. She is dedicated to providing a compassionate and warm therapeutic relationship and environment, where individuals can feel safe to explore their inner world, build a healthy relationship with self and others, and find support, acceptance, and empowerment on their journey of self-discovery and healing. 

 Kanny is trained in a variety of treatment approaches. Her treatment approach includes Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT). She also received training in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psycho-dynamic Therapy.

 

Kanny has experiences in treating young people and adults with a variety of concerns including:

Iris treats a variety of Mental health concerns including: Mood and Anxiety, Adjustment difficulties, Substance use and addiction, Grief and Loss, Personality Disorders, Body image and self-esteem, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Stress, interpersonal difficulties, and situational distress

 Iris is enrolled to complete her Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) training in June 2024.

Iris is the founder of A Waiting Cove, where she organised weekly women’s walk and talk group that is part of the City of Gold Coast’s Active and Healthy Program. Iris also developed many mental health products to remove the stigma of mental health disorders, as well as enriching individuals to embrace their identity and facilitate change. Iris has completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher’s Training in June 2021, and she is currently completing a certification of Neurographica.

Iris is passionate in assisting individuals to overcome their mental health challenges. Iris places significant emphasis on adapting treatment to align with each client’s goals. Iris utilises a flexible and creative therapeutic approach to enable clients to achieve mental wellness. Iris predominantly uses a range of techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI). Iris has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient community setting.

Rochelle views relational difficulties from an attachment perspective by exploring early emotional bonds, improving relationships with self and others, and cultivating a secure attachment. Rochelle understands the importance of building a positive therapeutic relationship with her clients and takes her time to understand their story and presenting concerns. She has a warm and compassionate therapeutic style and aims to provide a safe place for healing and growth. Rochelle utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). Rochelle has experience working with adults presenting with a broad range of mental health concerns including: Mood disorders (anxiety and depressive disorders), Addictions (alcohol, substance use, pornography), Phobias, Borderline Personality Disorder, Adjustment disorder, Grief and loss, Emotional dysregulation, Stress, Anger concerns, Workplace concerns such as bullying and harassment and Interpersonal difficulties.

Rochelle is a registered psychologist with experience working in private practice and community settings. She is currently completing the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program to obtain her endorsement in Clinical Psychology. Rochelle has an interest in personality disorders and complex presentations. She is also passionate about working with those that are experiencing interpersonal difficulties and attachment issues, particularly within the context of romantic relationships.
