Iris Waite is a Clinical Psychologist who supports adolescents and adults experiencing a range of psychological challenges. She is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies and build a life that aligns with their values and goals.
Iris takes a warm, collaborative and neuroaffirming approach to therapy. She recognises that every person's experiences are unique and works closely with clients to create a supportive environment where they feel safe, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
Alongside her work in private practice, Iris has experience working as a School Psychologist and facilitating therapeutic programs within private hospital settings. She has supported individuals across a wide range of presentations, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, self-esteem difficulties and life transitions.
As an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, Iris has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, body image concerns and difficulties in their relationship with food.
