Olivia Watson is a Clinical Psychologist who provides psychological support to adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns.

With experience working across various roles within the public sector, Olivia brings a broad understanding of psychological difficulties and the different factors that can influence a person’s wellbeing.

Olivia takes a warm, compassionate and individualised approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients to understand their experiences, identify meaningful goals and develop strategies that support improved psychological wellbeing.

Olivia recognises that every person’s circumstances are unique and believes therapy is most effective when clients feel heard, understood and supported.
