She works with clients to explore how early experiences, attachment patterns and relationship dynamics may influence the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, Rochelle supports clients to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation and create healthier patterns that support wellbeing.
Supporting Change Through Insight and Skills

She integrates evidence-based psychological approaches to help clients understand their challenges, develop practical coping strategies and build confidence in navigating life's difficulties.
